Our typical Greeinx Wood Polyurethane (PUR) Panels are fabricated as OSB/Foam/OSB and Cam-Locking 48″ Wide and up to 24 feet long. They range in thicknesses of 2.5 inches up to 8 inches, with the 2 standard sizes of 4.5 inch thick R-25 and 6.5 inch thick R-40.
Typical Metal Polyurethane (PUR) Panels with 22 to 26 gauge skins, butt joint or T&G joint both Cam-Locking are 47 inches wide and can be ordered from two feet in length up to 24 feet in length. Typical panel thickness is 3.5” to 5” In addition, 2.5 inch panels can be fabricated in some applications and are more costly due to the additional labor involved.
Greenix Panels can also be fabircated using alternative skins and/or cladding in FRP, Plywood, MGO, Hardi Board or other structural components including an array of steel finishes. Note: We do not stock all colors and patterns of steel coils. When considering special patterns of steel skins, budget for at least 2,500 SF of wall, roof or floor space.

Greenix Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Panels can be fabricated to 1.5 inches thick to 4 feet thick. A round cutout is in each section of panel for electrically wiring etc. to be routed. The typical sizes for residential projects are 4.5 inch to 12.25 inch ranging in R-values from R- 14 to R- 48
Typical Greenix EPS Panel sizes are 4’ x 8′ up to 4′ x 24.’ Panel orders for sizes under 12 feet long can be CNC designed and framed. For orders specifying 12 feet to 26 feet, blank panels are supplied and fabrication is completed onsite by installer.
We do not apply steel skin finishes to EPS foam products.

Greenix Ballistic Panels and ballistic doors are can be manufactured to meet or exceed GSA blast performance standards. The Panel’s composite construction can be customized to meet or exceed NIJ threat levels 1-11.
Greenix Ballistic Polyurethane Panels can be fabricated with self-sealing capability and skins can accept pigments and surface finishes.
